Three all-new models.
Hartz developed new models to complement its existing line-up of popular floorplans. (Note: all existing floorplans in New Lenox can be built in Leigh Creek in addition to the three new ones.) Starting from scratch, these new models were designed to meet the needs and tastes of a various groups of today’s homeowners, from young families to down-sizers.
The Hunter (4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, with basement)
The first thing you notice is the stunning elevation of the Hunter, giving it an inviting appearance. The two-story’s spacious entry and hallway greet you as you enter the home. Then, there’s the open floorplan with an impressive great room and open staircase. The large well-designed kitchen has a walk-in pantry. Just off the kitchen is a computer station that makes a wonderful area for homework for the kids or a planning nook for mom and dad. A generous-sized mud room allows for ample storage just inside the garage door. The first floor also has a flex room to meet a variety of needs of the family. A second-story loft also provides families plenty of adaptable space. The second-floor laundry is conveniently located by the four bedrooms, including the awesome master suite.
The Daybreak: 3 bedroom (optional 4th bedroom), 2 ½ bath with basement)
The Daybreak is all about flexibility. When you come up the center staircase, you land in a bright, open area with a spacious loft that comes standard with the model. However, the loft area can be converted into a fourth bedroom – if you choose. A luxurious soaker tub can be added to the bath in the master suite. There are even more choices downstairs. A sun-filled room just off the foyer can be used as a living room, music room, study, craft area – you name it. Then, there’s plenty of flexibility with the large great room and adjoining, beautiful kitchen. The laundry/mud room, located just off the kitchen and near the garage door, is large enough for tons of customized storage options.
The Edgebrook: 2 bedroom (optional 3rd bedroom), 2 bath with basement
This ranch model provides a comforting floorplan that makes great use of all of the square footage. Just as soon as you enter the front foyer of the Edgebrook, you immediately feel the warm and inviting surroundings that this home offers. The heart of the open floorplan is the generous great room that overlooks a covered outdoor living area. Adjacent to the great room is the well-designed kitchen that includes a handy island and a nice flow to the dinette area. The large master suite is in the rear of the home and is separate from the second bedroom and study (optional third bedroom) that are located in the front portion of the house. Optional bay windows can be added to both the dinette area and master suite to enhance the floor space and outside views.
Great Schools.
Children from Leigh Creek will attend Frankfort elementary, intermediate, and junior high schools. Young children can benefit from all-day kindergarten. Older students will attend Lincolnway East High School.
