“I just had to write you. we are seniors who married in 1972 & built a new home in Elmhurst. in 1977 we built a new home in Oak Brook. 3 years ago we decided to downsize & I searched for 2 years to find a condominium we could afford (on our fixed incomes) in the neighborhood & where we thought we could be happy after living in single family detached homes for 47+ years. we found your Whispering Oaks II building in Wood Dale & bought unit 101. I understand it was kind of a 1 owner unit in that we were told that the grandmother had bought it direct from you, then deeded it to her son, then was as estate sale sold by her 3 grandsons.
WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. we are in the same area where we have been since 1972. although it is 25 years old, it looks & lives like a brand new building, a living testament to the quality & love you put into your new products. we just had to write. we moved in last December/2019 & compliment you every day we have been so fortunate to be here. THANK YOU & keep up the GREAT work. I would imagine you may receive more complaints than compliments, but we just had to write.”
