Become a Hartz Ambassador and you’ll find yourself rewarded with more than just a great new neighbor. We’ll offer you $500 for every referral that closes on a new Hartz home, and $1000 for each subsequent referral that closes on a new home within a year of the first referral!
Here’s how it works:
- To register for the program, submit a completed referral form to the Hartz New Home Counselor on the Referred Buyer’s first visit to the community.
- Any Hartz homeowner is eligible, even if you have not yet closed on your own new home.
- The Ambassador must be the original Hartz home buyer and may be required to show proof of purchase.
- The Referred Buyer must not have any prior registrations on file at the same Hartz Home community.
- Ambassador reward checks will be issued after closing takes place on the Referred Buyer’s home.
- Eligibility for the increased reward for subsequent referrals will expire one year to the date on the check for the first referral reward.
