Land Development Manager

Land Development Manager needed for developer and builder of residential communities in the surrounding Chicago suburbs.  This is a part-time position that could turn into full-time.

Minimum 5 yrs. experience in land development and single and multi-family residential construction.  Bachelor’s degree, preferably in civil engineering.

Essential duties (not all-inclusive):

  • Manage engineering issues on multiple projects.
  • Experience with site design, grading and drainage, permitting, and construction administration
  • Scheduling and contractor job coordination


  • Scheduling background and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Experience with budgets

New Home Sale Assistant

We are looking for a New Home Sales Assistant for one of our subdivisions in the western suburbs.  This is a full-time position.  The hours are every Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and every Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.  Some sales or customer service experience is required.  New home sales experience not required.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.  Our ideal candidate must be professional, dependable, have a strong work ethic and have an outgoing attitude.

This position involves touring homes and providing information to potential new home buyers and following up with customers using phone and e-mail. Also will be entering customer information into a database.
