Residential Home Builder is seeking a full-time HR Coordinator/Office Manager.  This position involves:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES (not all-inclusive):

  • Work with management to handle all day-to-day HR responsibilities
  • Benefits coordination
  • Prepare and process all HR documents
  • Recruiting, hiring and on-boarding of new employees
  • Input payroll
  • Track time and attendance
  • Order office supplies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma is required with at least three years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access & Outlook
  • ADP Payroll software is a plus
  • Strong math aptitude
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Construction Superintendent needed for developer and builder of residential communities in the Chicagoland area.

Minimum 5 yrs. experience in overseeing single and multi-family residential construction projects.  Strong scheduling background and able to manage multiple priorities.

Essential duties (not all-inclusive):

New Home Sale Assistant

We are looking for a New Home Sales Assistant for one of our subdivisions in the western suburbs.  This is a full-time position.  The hours are every Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and every Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.  Some sales or customer service experience is required.  New home sales experience not required.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.  Our ideal candidate must be professional, dependable, have a strong work ethic and have an outgoing attitude.

This position involves touring homes and providing information to potential new home buyers and following up with customers using phone and e-mail. Also will be entering customer information into a database.
