Half-Century of Home Building

50 years ago, I was a young man out of the Air Force working for Midway Airport and looking for a career. One piece of land, then one home at a time, 50 years later and we have built thousands of homes for families in Chicago and the south, southwest and western suburbs.

My goal was as simple then as it is now - To build good solid homes for people in nice neighborhoods. Homes that will make them happy and increase in value, making a great home and a good investment.
