We are looking for a Bi-lingual New Home Sales Assistant for our subdivision in Aurora (preferably Spanish-speaking). The hours of this position are every Saturday from 9:45 a.m.-5:15 p.m. and every Sunday from 10:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.

We are also seeking a Floater New Home Sales Assistant.

This position is to fill in on weekends Sat 9:45 a.m.-5:15 p.m. and Sun 10:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. for vacation or illness. Some weekdays may be needed as well.

Potential areas are Aurora, Montgomery, Elmhurst, Lombard, Addison, Oakbrook, Plainfield, and Bolingbrook. Must be willing to go to any of these areas.

For both positions, a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.  Basic computer skills are needed.  Requires good speaking and customer relations skills as well.

Positions involve touring homes and providing information to potential new home buyers and following up with customers using phone and e-mail. Also, entering customer information into a database.

$9-12 (depending on experience)
