Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, hand sanitizer is in short supply. Hartz Homes would like to share a few simple homemade recipes that will yield all the hand sanitizer your family will need.

Also, the best thing you can do to protect against viruses is to wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and avoid touching your face. But for those times when you’re not near a sink, you may want to have some hand sanitizer to use.
Now, here’s info about the easy homemade hand sanitizer recipes. We would like to share one for a spray hand sanitizer and one for a gel. The key ingredient to both recipes is alcohol. To be effective, the alcohol needs to be at least 60% in the product you use.
Spray recipe: This recipe calls for just three ingredients: Ethyl alcohol (grain alcohol like Everclear), Aloe Vera juice, and essential oils. Click here to get the recipe. This website also provides a source for the spray bottles and free printable labels for the bottles.
