Here’s How it Works…

If you register anyone at our Hartz Welcome Centers who may be interested in buying a home or if you send them in with the Hartz Ambassador Form, you will receive a free gift card to Jewel.

And if they buy a Hartz home...

You will receive $500 if you refer someone who purchases and closes on a home at any Hartz or P.D. Hartz new home community. And if you refer more than one Hartz or P.D. Hartz purchaser within one year, you will receive $1,000 for each subsequent referral.

To be eligible, the referral must be made on their first visit to the information center. If the new buyer has any prior registrations at the same Hartz community, no reward will be paid. Ambassador must be original Hartz purchaser and may be required to present proof of purchase upon request to be eligible.

Eligibility for the increased reward for subsequent referrals will expire one year to the date of the check on the issued reward of the first referral. For additional referrals—use forms available at Hartz communities or print the form below.
